PURPOSE
The system uses anaerobic microorganisms to process high concentration of organic wastewater. The microbiological process produces and recovers Methane Gas from organic substances for reuse as fuel, while reducing the volume of sludge to 1/5 to 1/10 of the amount generated by the conventional method.
PERFORMANCE
= organic substance (COD) removal efficiency- 75 to 90%.
= organic substance loading capacity- 10 to 30 kg-COD/m3day.
= methane gas production 0.35Nm3/kg of removed COD. (Approx)
= sludge generation 1/5 to 1/10 of conventional method (activated sludge).
Process: The UASB reactor consists of the triphase separator that effectively separates gas, liquids and solid and the fluid supply system that uniformly feeds wastewater into the reactor.
Environmentally Safe: The P.An Sewage unit produces a clean water effluent suitable for discharge to watercourses or soakaways that exceeds current standards.
Domestic Sewage: The unit works with all grey water discharge from domestic properties such as toilets, sinks, washing machines, kitchen waste, baths and showers.
Public Sewage: The unit works with all grey water discharge from toilets sinks, restaurant waste, baths and showers.
Industrial Sewage: Breweries, food processing plants, abattoir etc.
